From your first guitar lesson we can help you learn how to play actual songs that make learning fun. With our progressive song list, you can start with easy beginner songs and gradually increase in difficulty as your guitar abilities grow. We can teach songs by ear, tabs, or reading.

Watch your child's confidence soar as they showcase their skills in our annual recitals. Our recitals provide a fun, supportive environment for kids and teens to celebrate their musical growth. Each recital is an opportunity for students to shine and share their progress with family and friends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you teach acoustic or electric guitar?
Both! Students can learn on whichever guitar they prefer.
Does my child need a guitar or amp for the trial?
Although, students usually prefer to bring their own instrument, we do have extra guitars that students can use if they do not have one or if they can't bring theirs from home. We also have multiple amps in our guitar rooms, so students do not need to bring an amp unless they want to. 
Can students choose songs?
Yes - our instructors will help students learn their favorite songs and can also provide song recommendations.  
Do you teach reading music?
Yes, but we balance it with chords, learning to read tabs and ear training. Different students have different goals so we build the curriculum to match the student's preferred direction. 
How often do students perform?
Twice yearly at our recitals - plus optional band classes for ensemble experience.
