Frequently Asked Questions

How long are lessons?

We offer 30, 45 , and 60 minute private lessons plus 45, 60, and 90 minute group classes.

Can I skip the trial lesson?

Yes - you can skip the trial and get 10% off your first month of lessons. If you wish to do this, just fill out the form ​on this page, and let us know you'd like to skip the trial. 

Do you charge a registration fee?

No registration fee - only your regular lesson tuition or the discounted trial rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We can take payments over the phone or online through our portal. 

Are lessons month-to-month?

Yes. You can continue as long as you like and pause anytime with one week’s notice.

What are your absence policies?

If you are enrolled in our Ongoing Weekly Lesson program, we do not offer make-ups or rescheduled lessons.

If you can’t attend your lesson, we’re happy to switch it online or send a personalized lesson video upon request.
If your schedule changes frequently, consider our one-off lesson option, which lets you book week-by-week based on your availability.

To make a permanent schedule change, please contact us at least five (5) days before the affected lesson.
